Age Limit as on 01.06.2024
- Maximum Age Limit for this management trainee post is 27 years.
And remember, the reservation and relaxation follow the directives of the Government of India.
The relaxation of the upper age limit is as follows: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for PwBD (Gen/EWS) candidates, 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST) candidates, and 13 years for PwBD (OBC) candidates.
Salary per month
Training and Compensation Details for Management Trainees:
- Training Period: Selected candidates for the Management Trainee position will undergo a comprehensive one-year training program.
- Stipend: During the training period, candidates will receive a lump sum stipend of Rs. 30,000 per month.
- Grade Upon Completion: Upon successful completion of the one-year training program, candidates will be absorbed into the E1 Grade.
- Salary Scale: The scale of pay for the E1 Grade ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 140,000 per month.
- Total Monthly Gross Emoluments: The minimum total monthly gross emoluments will include:
- Basic Pay
- Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) – 43.7%
- Perks – 34%
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) – 27%
- Total Compensation: The total compensation package amounts to approximately Rs. 81,000 per month.

The application fee for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female candidates is Nil, while for other candidates, it is Rs.1000/-. Payment for the application fee can be made online.
Selection Process
